Amy Catena is the legal assistant for Justin Boley, Tyler Story, and Bethany Turke. Amy has been with Wexler Boley & Elgersma LLP since November 2015 and has welcomed every opportunity for further growth and development along the way. At such a fast-paced, high volume firm, organization and communication are essential to ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
Amy’s educational record reflects her focused and goal-driven work ethic. She studied Criminal Justice Administration at Westwood College where she became certified in FEMA Crisis Management, received recognition from the National Honors Society, and made the Dean’s List for three consecutive years. Amy came to the firm with knowledge and experience in Consumer Rights Litigation, and Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy. Prior to joining the firm, Amy worked her way up the professional ladder from a receptionist to a legal assistant within four years’ time. As a lover of learning, Amy enjoys the challenges she encounters in her daily role and utilizes her efficient problem-solving skills when faced with new and/or ambiguous circumstances.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, visiting her identical twin sister in Arizona, and visiting Chicago’s famous museums.
