Document Review Attorney
Responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing assigned ranges of documents in a timely and thorough manner.
- Understanding the major issues in the case and flagging for escalated review any key documents.
- Working closely with the paralegals and associates on the case to identify, synthesize, and summarize relevant documents.
- Participating in regular conference calls to discuss key documents and the changing goals of the review as the case evolves.

Paralegal
Wexler Boley & Elgersma LLP currently seeks a motivated, organized Paralegal with 2-5 years of experience. Paralegal will perform a variety of tasks in connection with the firm’s cases, including all aspects of litigation from complaint filing to discovery, to motions and trial. Candidates should display strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate well with a team. Candidates should also be proficient in document review, as well as current document review platforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Internet research on selected topics
- Having a full understanding of litigation motion practice, discovery, and trial procedures
- Experience with electronic research tools and filing systems
- Case file organization
- Prepare exhibits, evidence, and other related materials
- Manage and maintain firm databases and case materials to ensure all information is up to date
- Assist in trial preparation, including an understanding of federal, state, and local rules
- Coordinate document productions
- Interact with clients
- Additional tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
- 2-5 years of experience
- Experience in e-discovery process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Experience in case management/document management systems
