Wexler Wallace Nominated for 2018 Elite Trial Lawyers

7.30.2018

Wexler Wallace is excited to announce the firm’s nomination by the National Law Journal for the Elite Trial Lawyers of 2018. Our firm has been recognized for its work in the categories of Medical Device and Product Liability litigation.

Nominees for the Elite Trial Lawyers distinction were selected after extensive review of more than 300 law firms across 23 different categories. According to the National Law Journal, “lawyers and law firms selected as finalists have demonstrated exemplary performance in cutting-edge work on behalf of plaintiffs over the last 18 months.”

The nomination criteria include law firms who have recently received one or more significant plaintiff victories and possess “an impressive record of success within the past three to five years.” Finalists also devote at least 50% of their litigation resources to representing plaintiffs.

The finalists will be recognized at a formal ceremony on Friday, October 5, 2018, in Las Vegas at the Bellagio Hotel, at which time the winners also will be announced.

Wexler Wallace is honored to receive this nomination and wishes to thank the attorneys and staff whose hard work and dedication made this distinction possible. We would also like to congratulate our colleagues and friends at the firms of Motley Rice, Seeger Weiss, Kiesel Law, Mazie Slater Katz & Freeman, Neblett, Beard & Arsenault, Simmons Hanly Conroy, and The Lanier Law Firm, who are nominated in categories alongside Wexler Wallace.
