Associate Timothy Jackson Published in ITLA Trial Journal

Wexler Wallace is excited to announce that Associate Timothy Jackson has recently been published in the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association’s Trial Journal.

Timothy’s article, What is a “State of the Art” Product and What are the Implications in Product Liability Law? Appears in the ITLA Trial Journal Summer 2019, Volume 21, Number 2. The piece takes an in-depth look at how product manufacturers may attempt to defend a defective product by claiming its “state of the art” design precludes the knowledge of a safer alternative design, and how plaintiffs can defend against this approach.
