Court Grants Final Approval to $22 Million Hypodermic Needle Class Action Settlement
On March 17, 2014, the Honorable Jose L. Linares of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey granted final approval to a $22 million indirect purchaser class action settlement for individuals and entities who purchased Becton Dickinson disposable hypodermic products through a distributer or wholesaler.
