WBE pursued this antitrust class action on behalf of direct purchasers of oriented strand board (OSB) from Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, Weyerhaeuser Company, Georgia-Pacific Corporation, Potlatch Corporation, Ainsworth, Norbord, Inc., J.M. Huber Corporation, and Tolko Industries, Inc.  Plaintiffs alleged that the Defendants conspired to fix OSB prices by reducing the available supply, in violation of antitrust laws.  On December 9, 2008, the Honorable Paul S. Diamond entered an Order granting final approval of a settlement worth $120 million.
